Synopsis
新春期间，每家每户都会为团年、做节花尽心思，希望炮制最窝心、美味的菜式，与亲朋好友共享。黄亚保、「三姐」萧秀香、祈积奇(Jacques)三位「星级」大厨，带领一众艺员，到访潮州、顺德、客家、福建、上海、山东、四川、广东等地方菜代表，从烹制过程中切磋交流，还会品尝代表推介的新春名菜。潮州有丰富的饮食资源，逾半菜式都用海鲜制作，菜肴有高档，也可平民化。黎诺懿、陈敏之由拍档萧秀香(三姐)带路，前往品尝不同款式的潮州贺年菜
