Synopsis
A story of the challenges of a deaf mother, Mariana raising her hearing child, Nelly that interweaves with the life of a domestic helper, Asih who is a motherly figure to Nelly as well. Mariana has to divide her time between taking care of her aged mother-in-law, as well as taking care of Nelly and decides to employ a helper Asih. She works with the family for more than ten years and Mariana's jealousy of Asih has grown during Nelly's teenage years.
