Torrey Joel Wasilewski, better known as Torrey DeVitto, is an American actress and former fashion model. She is best known for her roles as Psycho Nanny Carrie on One Tree Hill, Melissa Hastings on the hit ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars and as Meredith Fell on The Vampire Diaries.
