Synopsis
(重) 在第一集里，李南星与传统菜头粿店老板合作，制作了全新的一道菜 – 海鲜菜头粿。在老板和他女儿的协助之下，李南星不仅融合了海鲜饼和菜头粿，也完美结合了两种烹调方法，煎与炸。这道香脆又细嫩的菜头粿不但得到了Chef Eric的肯定，也让小贩中心左邻右舍的摊贩尝了之后，赞不绝口。
