Narasimhudu (NTR)'s parents die at a young age and he is adopted by the villagers of Kondaveedu, who all take up the responsibility of bringing him up. A judge sentences an innocent villager to death for a murder he didn't commit. He then meets his lookalike who had actually committed the murder and is guilt ridden upon finding out he had sentenced the wrong man to death.
